Doolan is privately owned and includes a family room that
has access on the lanai through alarmed patio doors and
cable TV and a DVD player, a fully loaded and well equipped
kitchen with modern appliances and cooking utensils, a breakfast
nook and separate laundry room.
We also have
a formal lounge / dining room that has a sofa-bed.
The Master
bedroom has a cable TV and alarmed patio doors directly
on the lanai. The large en-suite bathroom has twin basins,
a tub and big shower cubicle and a separate WC (toilet).
Bedroom 2 has
a Queen bed and Bedroom 3 has twin beds.
Both bedrooms have full hanging closets.
Bathroom 2 has a single basin, WC (toilet) and tub with
shower over.
The games room
is fully air-conditioned and carpeted. We have a full size
slate bed pool table, electronic darts and a Sony PS2.
The fully screened patio has a covered lanai area and
the South-West facing pool backs on to a conservation
area.
We have privacy screening so you won’t be overlooked.
The pool can be heated on request for an addition charge.
